I’m working on a hand-drawn game about a robot boy in an alien-infested facility. This started as a hobby, but things are coming along quite well, so I hope to release it in about 1 to 1.5 years! Super Roboy is a metroidvania with Contra-like elements, special skills, many upgrades and a level up system. The game has a preferred path but incorporates heavy exploration and non-linear gameplay, where the player can choose to face the final boss even at the start of the game - though this will be next to impossible without all the necessary skills and powerups…

Game Graphics Mechanics
I Played for around 10 minutes (not my genre). I died about 8 minutes in after the second checkpoint. I died because Jump only has 1 height. I was expecting to tap the button and go about half full height( like Mario).
-I didn't know what those flying shield things were that dissapeared when you shoot them.
-I thought the enemies would look better if they didn't look so alike.
-I thought the difficulty was easy until the floating platform over spikes(I would have done it probably 3rd or 4th attempt)
- The main thing for me was the jump being all or nothing.
-The graphics look really good
