Story/Writing/Dialogue Game Graphics
The RPGMaker characters, tilesets, and UI stand out here in a bad way IMO. I can see you did a lot, but without unique art, this just looks like "yet another RPG Maker" game to me, sorry.
I suggest changing up all the art and music and work with a technical artist who can also create a distinct style for the game that fits with the theme and lore.
VOs also go a long way, and if you can afford it, maybe commission a couple VAs to do some generic dialog snippets.
Not sure if you're aware of the other places to go for feedback especially about games made with RPG Maker but Driftwood Gaming sometimes has good advice, and there's also a few other RPG Maker communities including a discord with a feedback channel. Keep at it, you almost got it! Maybe also ask for feeback specifically on one thing and do some AB testing. The story is good!
