Mechanics Game GraphicsI really like the concept, it looks like it works well
The graphics are a bit trippy to be honest. I feel like if I played for more than a few minutes the contrast of the rings against the background moving would give me a bit of a headache. Would it be worth exploring the idea of more subtle colour differences between the foreground and background? Maybe a soft gradient on the rings so they fade slightly on the outer edges to make them seem less harsh against the background

Mechanics Game GraphicsNice simple concept. I actually think the trippy thing is OK, works for super hexagon and this reminded me of that straight away. I assume you will work on the sprites as they are a bit basic at the moment. Sound / music would add a lot too.

Thank you for roasting! :) I've fallen into a bit of a physics engine hole to make everything appear a bit more dynamic, I have some music picked out that I think will go well with the game. Sound effects is turning out to be a bit harder.What sprited were you referring to exactly? The turret and bullet indicators?

Perhaps more the choice of colour on the sprites, if your going for that super hexagon sharp graphics look, then compare screen shots and sh has a nice choice of colours on screen. Seems the targets don't always match the width of the white circle too which could help keep the overall look sharp and clear. Cool game tho.TMM 8 years ago
Yeah, other people have pointed that out. Stupid thing is I actually did that on purpose in this version. :P (the targets not matching up) I've fixed that now.

Mechanics Game GraphicsExcelent idea, a little bit dizzy at the beginning, but I think with other color palette it will be okay! Nice work!
