Controls UI Graphics
First thing that i saw is Loading screen and i personally didn't like it, since it is first impression, consider reworking it.
UI is simple and that is fine for Casual game, but maybe adding some "thing" to completed words or other areas will make it more rewarding for users to find the correct answers.

I also don't like the splash screen. But unfortunately it can not be removed entirely. Maybe instead of the game icon, just leave the text - "Loading...". Do you think that would be better?

You can leave Splash screen but make it "better".
For example you can see my game in profile. For splash screen I use game name with special color and font + background
When users launch your app, they should have good first impression. Current splash screen or static Loading will not make that.
Maybe add some game tips during loading, that is just a thought.

Mechanics Tutorial/Learning Curve
I like the idea and the gameplay.
It would be great if you added tutorial or a simple "How to play" page somewhere. I had to go back to the store to read the rules. Also there's no way one can switch the sounds off inside the game. Adding some reward animations when user solves the word and maybe some levels progress will make the game more interesting, as for me.

It's great to get feedback about the game from you!
The sound in the game is turned off by clicking on the sound level icon.
I now also think that it is necessary to add instructions "how to play" in the game itself. Most people don't read what is written on the google play download page.

Room To Grow started out as a competition between my friend and I, but escalated into a simple interesting puzzleish game.  You start out extremely zoomed in and on level 1, with 0 points and 300 health. Your goal is to get the required score for the level and move on, but along the way you will need to attempt to collect zoomer orbs; purple orbs that zoom out the camera slightly.  Currently I update the game ever 2~3 days, and with each updates usually comes a new level.

Shabda is an early prototype of a upcoming game that relies completely on spatial 3d(binaural) sound for navigation. There is a difference between 3d audio and spatial(binaural audio). Binaural audio uses special sounds to trick your brain to position sounds in 3d space as if they were real. With that, you can actually understand how close, far, up or down something is in relation to your head. A first prototype demo is also available with a simple demonstration of game mechanics. In order to run and play it with spatial sound, you need to enable HRTF in your sound system. Please note that without HRTF enabled, it will be close to impossible to play Shabda, as the sounds will just be regular stereo.
