I'm going to assume this is one of your first games, and if so it's not bad. The main menu is pretty neat (I like how the cube moves along in the background) but the levels themselves are just too easy and not interesting enough; the same concept of dodging blue blocks is the only thing done. I think if you added more variety, like different blocks, the levels could feel a lot more unique. I also think it would be pretty cool if you could go onto ramps and fly into the air, dodging blocks while airborne. That would add a lot more design opportunities. Also, the lack of sound isn't that bad, but it would still be nice to add a click sound effect to buttons so they feel more responsive.
So overall, the game has the potential to be a nice physics-based runner, if you could manage to increase the amount of level elements and use them to create interesting scenarios.
