Polar Battle is an inversed tower-defence game full of unique and eccentric snow-themed units. Confront creatures in randomly generated levels, strategically place troops to overthrow your foes, and collect new snowmen to take with you to battle. With elaborate plans and diversified troops, overcome the inconvenient horde.

Physics Level Design

I'm going to assume this is one of your first games, and if so it's not bad. The main menu is pretty neat (I like how the cube moves along in the background) but the levels themselves are just too easy and not interesting enough; the same concept of dodging blue blocks is the only thing done. I think if you added more variety, like different blocks, the levels could feel a lot more unique. I also think it would be pretty cool if you could go onto ramps and fly into the air, dodging blocks while airborne. That would add a lot more design opportunities.
Also, the lack of sound isn't that bad, but it would still be nice to add a click sound effect to buttons so they feel more responsive.

So overall, the game has the potential to be a nice physics-based runner, if you could manage to increase the amount of level elements and use them to create interesting scenarios.

Level Design UI Graphics

The concept is seriously good! I beat the game. The in-game art is also really charming, but I do think the UI needs a bit more work (especially the death screen). It would also be nice if there was a death sound effect.

The level design of the first 6 or so levels is really good, but after that, they start to feel a bit boring and uninteresting. I really like the decorative clouds and trees, and the fact that there are some cave levels for a change of scenery.

Overall, really good concept, really well-executed, but the UI and the level-design of the last few levels could use more work

For the death screen, I personally think it would just look a bit better if the "one of your cells died!" part was a bit bigger, with maybe some sort of frame around it. Honestly, this is just my opinion, but I made a little mock-up here: https://ibb.co/313zmQV
As for the main menu, I personally quite like the simplicity and the way you have to move the character to navigate it. However, I think there might be a bug because when I jump onto the play button it just says "Thanks for Menu [M]".
Though if you really want to add stuff to the main menu, maybe some parallax clouds like in the levels would look nice?
