Mechanics Tutorial/Learning Curve
Interesting concept, I like the rotation mechanic. But I think the game needs some more mechanics, like some sort of timing system. It could also do with some better use feedback, because nothing is really satisfying and the game gets boring quite easily. Building on that, I know it's a puzzle game, but the second level is a massive step up in difficulty from the first, so hard that I got stuck on it for five minutes and quit. I think you should make the learning curve more gradual and gradually increase the difficulty. Also, the tutorial or tips or whatever you want to call them, have a lot of unnecessary information that makes it very wordy and annoying to read. For example, in one tip at the end it said "If you press both the left arrow and the right arrow at once, it will pick a random direction to rotate.". This is very unnecessary and isn't needed. Simply removing things like this would make the game better. As well as this, I would also suggest trying to visually represent some tips instead of saying them in words, because it makes it much easier for the user to take in information.
