Story/Writing/Dialogue Level Design
Funny to have a granny doing stuff, who wouldn't wanna play a small arcade game with a granny. I do think though that the game lacks a bit of depth. Adding more levels where you have to stand in different places, more dynamic environment and grandpa walking by giving more stuff to granny that she has to pass on to someone else, e.g. Grandpa throws a dog cookie at grandma, she balances it until a dog walks by, she has to then throw the dog cookie to the dog, getting extra points.
