Jumble-tron 2 - Electric Boogaloo takes the classic word jumble game to new heights. With goals, levels, power ups, a killer soundtrack and dancing robots, this is the most fun you will ever have playing a word game.
For starters, I like the concept of the game. Answering math questions to have your character perform some action in the game could be an interesting way to get children to want to do math. The game is visually pleasing as well. I have to agree with some of the other commenters about the name of the game. Having the word "math" is probably a turn off for most children. Also, I wish there was a little more of a story to go along with what the character is doing. You are using magic to defeat the bad guys, but you are not really progressing in the game towards anything. Overall, I think the game has a lot of good qualities. Good luck.
8 years agoI am a big fan of the single touch mechanic that is used in the first 2 levels for each character. I like games that I can play with just one hand. I also think the art is very nice. I'm personally not crazy about the actual theme of the game with a baby eating vegetables. I don't really have any other great ideas, but it could be just about any creature eating some other thing other than veggies just to make it more appealing. Overall I think it is a good quality game. Good luck.
8 years agoThank you so much for the tips. Really good stuff, and some of it right in line with some feedback I have gotten from other users, especially #3 with the game being too hard early on. I do have two questions on #4 though. When you say "bring all letters on to the rack" are you referring to a way to clear all the letters that you that you have tapped to try and spell a word. If so, the bottom left 'Clear' button does just this. Also, for your suggestion of having a "button to put back the word", there is a button that appears after you have guessed a word. It is pink with a rounded left facing arrow. This button reloads your last guessed word. If these buttons are not what you are referring to, please let me know. Thank again for the feedback.
8 years agoReally good game. I love the mechanic. Any game that I can easily play with one hand gets a big thumbs up from me. UI is nice. No real negative comments, but I do agree with some of the other commenters that it will be important to add a little more variety as the game progresses to keep it interesting. Possibly having more than 3 lanes and introducing new shapes would be enough to keep it interesting.
