When you and Eveey walks through the introduction of Crypchania, you find that her uncle has a strange story about a package that needs to be delivered. From here on out your adventure begins. You meet people for quests and information to reveal the secret of the package and why it is so important to get it delivered, who wants steal it, who are the enemies that attacked you and Eveey and who are those who saved you-It all happens in a open world setup. But to point you to the right direction the world is divided by gates that only let you go through with a permit that you receive when you are at the right level or have completed enough proces of the story. These permits are given by the 'Permit guy' at the inn of the area in question if he is around... You develop your character by leveling up and buying / finding weapons, armor, shields, assecoires magix and skills. Fight enemies with an ATB system, help villagers and proceed with the main story through side missions and quests, play small PVP with that you find all over the world of Crypchania. You need to register a account. A real email is not yet needed and the account is activated right away for you to play. The game is saved on a custom blockhain by using save crystals. Part 1 is free to play (about 15 hours for the main story). For part two you need to become a VIP-courier to continue.The login is used for the multiplayer experience so you can see other players walking on the map and help each other reaching secret areas that are only accessible with the help of other players.You need save crystals for saving your game progress. As you close the game your progress is lost except when you save. If you die the game is also saved right after that terrible moment. At the beginning Eveey gives you 50 save crystals for starters. You will find enough save crystals by doing side quests or just buy them at shops. You can only save at crystal machines mostly found at the INN of the area. Your save data is stored on a blockchain which makes the game multi platform, for now it is only released for the web browser that supports it: firefox, safari, chrome, brave, etc and the windows desktop. there is no game over, so to keep you challenged; when you die without a anti-KO in your possesion you just lose 5 levels. Sometimes you loose the package, it is your job to retrieve it before you die again and if so, you lose 10 levels but you got the package back... lucky you.
