You've been given command of a scouting expedition sent to explore abandoned structures on a distant planet. However, you run into a mysterious substance that spreads and grows infinitely. Can you survive long enough to discover this planets secrets?   I'm a new game developer and this is my first game. Some of the feedback I'm looking for is: Does the game run smoothly on your machine? Are the game mechanics easy to understand? Does gameplay feel balanced and fun? Are there any bugs?

UI Graphics Mechanics

I tried to playing the web version of the game. I was spammed with new new tabs taking me to a page to donate. Clicking start didn't work, and wasn't able to get past the title screen and play the game.

Level Design Mechanics

I like the premise of the game. The level changing as you losing sanity is an interesting mechanic that has a lot of potential. I also like the design of the enemies.

I was playing in browser and ran into a bug where after playing a level I would have to reload the page to select another level. I had enemies spawn on top of me, which was annoying, and made it impossible to respond. This game would benefit from some type of progression, where you get stronger the more kills you have.

UI Graphics Mechanics

I like that the game runs smoothly and the UI is clean and easy to understand. Everything seemed to work as it should and I encountered no bugs.

Right now the game play feels generic. Strategy games rely on giving the player meaningful choices, and I don't feel like I'm being presented with that. In future update you might include more variety in enemy types, tower types, level design, or upgrade paths. However, this is a great starting point for your game.

Story/Writing/Dialogue Level Design

I enjoyed the humor in this game. However didn't make it very far because I kept dying from the random battles. But maybe that's intentional.

I appreciate the feedback! A speed up feature is a great idea. Currently pressing any key displays the full dialog, then pressing any key again moves to the next dialog window, I might change this to space bar or click only. And it sounds like a few tweaks to the UI are in order to.
