They don't have arcade as a genre. That is just sad.The controls are L/R arrow keys to rotate ship. Up arrow for thrust. LCtrl/Space to fire. RShift/RCtrl/Down arrow for shield. P to pause game and N to start new game.To enter high score, R/L arrow to select letter and RShift to advance to next letter.This is a remade version of Asteroids Deluxe from Atari. I've made some minor improvements to the game, but other than that it is duplicated with much love. I have loved this game since I was a kid in the 80s, since this game came out in 1980. I have also shared the source code, it was made in Visual Studio 2017 using MonoGame 3.6.X. I'm very proud of my code, as I've learned so much over the years. I made a simple vector based-PO library for the game, or some may call it a simple game engine. Feel free to use it however you like. Even the letters and numbers are made using it. Players were put in a sandbox world where the technology is highly developed, especially the communication technology, which enables the human's mind to get into other objects. And scientist utilizes this technology to get into the deep space. This group of people abandoned their physical body and upload their mind onto a machine like a powerful mecha so that they are able to invade the deep space. The rise of the mecha triggers the conflict with the human being. The war began from then on. Generally, this is a story about combat between mecha and human. Core Gameplay-Let the Mech and human cooperate & rival in a real arena Cooperate: Leviathan Squad up This is a cooperative mode, a squad of VR(mech) and other PC players(human) team up and becomes a "Leviathan". This team unit must cooperate to win. Under this mode, mecha and human support each other by adding more assistant functions to the Leviathan. E.g. mecha becomes the fort battery of human and provides the medical assistant. While human loots material for mech teammates to transform and upgrade. Here need more strategy in a team. Warrior solo-battle between individuals Individual power is the key to win. VR(mecha) and other PC players(human) fight for their own. There will be friends and enemies, but all players shall fight individually. No matter mecha or human they all need to search for resources in game to arm themselves. Special Cross-platform Mechanism Cross-platform Mechanism：Endow PC/VR players with different game roles based on the difference of PC/VR interaction model. PC Role (Human character): 1. Master of different types of weapons; 2. Flexible movement, many sniping points available on the map. VR Role (Mech): 1. Duel wielding and stronger defense; 2. Speedy movement, shielding and soaring available.
Hello! An excuse of game is a in development game with combat inspired by games like Grandia and Child of Light where the turn order is controlled by a bar that fills based in characters stats and actions, with each specific action speeding or slowing things down. The game also features a party-management side where you recruit randomly generated characters, train them and send them into missions against powerful foes, while trying to go bankrupt.(what would mean game over.) Character don't have level, their strength is based on their stats, that can be trained while they are in the town, and their skills, that can be developed or discovered. On top of that characters can die, so always keep training recruits, so you still have a strong host to keep you afloat in case of disaster. In the future there will be a town-management part where you will put be able to research improvements and create resources passively, you will also be able to set characters to work in building to boost it's productions or/and usage.(Not implemented yet) At the moment the game use Free resources, in the future when the game gets more momentum i plan to hire artists to make proper assets to it. As i said in one of my posts this will likely be the last big updated in a considerable time due to some unfortunate events.
You start as Mac a loveable little phagocyte eating as much bacteria as he can. You must be careful to avoid crushing collagen fibers, neurotic nerve cells, toxic toxoplasmosis and lingering listeria. The measure of success is how far you can travel in the connective tissue as this plucky little phagocyte just trying to eat some bacteria. Collect enough bacteria and you can unlock some of Macs' friends.
