When Smash Ringtail Cat was originally released on August 17, 2018, it was for a while in Early Access. The wait is finally over! Smash Ringtail Cat will be officially finished on November 23, 2018!
An evil scientist known as Dr. Glitcher has a plan to glitch up the entire planet with his multiple ultimate weapons, with one that would glitch up the entire world! Only one with the powerful bond between family and friends would have to save the world and become the ultimate glitch annihilators.
Smash Ringtail Cat is a game inspired by an animal species some people never heard of before, and takes inspiration to 80's and 90's video games.
The whole idea started in 2013 to be a Super Smash Bros. Clone, but it all changed in 2017, where all the planning for this first project has begun!
Our main hero, Smash Ringtail Cat has mechanics from the punch mechanic with a Mega Man X inspired wall jump mechanic.
Other playable characters combines NES style controls with modern day combat and move sets.
